Aida-Hotel pays utmost attention to the protection of the personal data we obtain during your use of the services offered by us or requested by you.
In this context, to fulfil the disclosure obligation arising from Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), how your personal information will be used and protected is presented to your attention with this “Explanation and Privacy Policy on the Protection of Personal Data”.
Collection, Processing and Protection of Personal Data
We hereby inform you that all the information (name, surname, age, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) that Aida-Hotel requests to provide better service to its customers and that you have shared with us with your own will and volition is your “personal data” and that all kinds of transactions carried out on your information, including obtaining, recording, storing, storing, storing, changing, disclosing, transferring, making available your information by automatic or non-automatic means in the ways stipulated in the relevant legislation, means “processing of personal data”.

In addition, the behaviours and preferences of people who visit our website -which do not contain personal information- are analysed and statistical data are collected to improve our service quality.
Our company takes the necessary measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access to personal data or loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destruction of this information, and stores personal data in a secure environment that is not open to general use. However, due to the nature of the internet, information may circulate on the internet despite adequate security measures and may be used by unauthorised persons. Any damage arising from such use is not the responsibility of Aida-Hotel and/or its officials.
Sharing of Personal Data
Personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, Aida-Hotel companies, shareholders, legally authorised public institutions and private persons and official authorities in cases where it is obliged to disclose to the official authorities by the provisions of the mandatory legislation to determine and implement the commercial and business strategies of our Company and to ensure the execution of our Company’s human resources policies, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Necessary technical and legal measures are taken to prevent violations of rights during data transfer to third parties, and Aida-Hotel and/or its officials are not responsible for violations that occur due to the data protection policies of the third party receiving personal data and in the risk area under the responsibility of the third party.
Rights of Personal Data Owners
By KVKK, by applying to our Company, your data
- a) to find out whether it has been processed or not,
- b) request information if processed,
- c) to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used by its purpose, ç) to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically / abroad,
- d) to request correction if incomplete/incorrectly processed,
- e) To request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- f) to request notification of the transactions made by paragraphs (d) and (e) above to the third parties to whom it is transferred, g) to object to the occurrence of a result against you due to the analysis exclusively by automated systems, ğ) you have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
In order to exercise your rights listed above, you may submit your request, including the information identifying your identity and your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise among the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK, by filling out your petition, signed Aida-Hotel; İskele Cad.
